Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the D3 Hire platform ("the Platform") operated by D3 Enterprises LLC ("D3", "we", "us") and its portfolio companies. By submitting an application, providing information, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Who can use the Platform
You must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States (or, where applicable, the jurisdiction in which the role is located). By submitting an application you represent that you meet these requirements.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide information that is true, accurate, and complete. Submitting false or misleading information may result in withdrawal of your application, rescission of any offer extended, or termination of employment if discovered after hire.
SMS and voice communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS and voice communications from D3 and its portfolio companies related to your application — including interview scheduling, status updates, and replies to your messages. Phone interviews may be recorded for quality and training purposes; consent is requested verbally at the start of any recorded call.
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. For more detail on how we use your communications data, see our Privacy Policy.
No guarantee of employment
Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, and an interview does not guarantee an employment offer. Any employment relationship that may result from your application will be governed by the specific employment terms (offer letter, employee handbook, applicable state law) of the portfolio company hiring you, not these Terms.
Withdrawal of application
You may withdraw your application at any time by emailing hiring@hire.d3-enterprises.com or by responding to any SMS or email message from us indicating that you no longer wish to be considered.
Intellectual property
The Platform, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is the property of D3 Enterprises LLC and its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any information you submit (your resume, employment history, references, etc.) and grant us a limited license to use that information solely for purposes related to evaluating your application as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, D3 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, D3 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Indiana.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
