Effective May 15, 2026 · D3 Enterprises LLC

This Privacy Policy describes how D3 Enterprises LLC ("D3", "we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses information about job applicants and candidates who interact with our hiring platform and our portfolio companies (including Grit Fitness and other D3-owned or affiliated businesses).

Information we collect

How we use your information

SMS messaging

By providing your phone number on an application form or in conversation with a D3 representative, you consent to receive SMS messages from D3 Enterprises and its portfolio companies related to your application — including interview scheduling, status updates, requests for information, and replies to your messages.

Message frequency varies with the activity on your application; you will not receive marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further SMS from us. To re-subscribe, reply START.

For help, reply HELP to any message, or email hiring@hire.d3-enterprises.com.

We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS content with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in consent is not shared with affiliates or third parties.

Recording of interviews

Phone and in-person interviews may be recorded for quality and training purposes. The interviewer will state this at the beginning of the call and ask for your consent. If you do not consent, the interview will proceed without a recording. Recordings are stored encrypted, are used only by D3 hiring staff for evaluation, and are deleted within 12 months of the recording date.

Who we share information with

Data retention

We retain application data for as long as needed to evaluate your candidacy and for a reasonable period afterward (typically 24 months) in case future roles are appropriate. You may request deletion at any time by emailing the address below; we will honor the request unless we have a legal obligation to retain specific records (e.g. payroll or hire records).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hiring@hire.d3-enterprises.com. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia may have additional rights under state privacy laws; contact us using the address above to exercise them.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including encryption at rest for sensitive fields (including phone numbers, addresses, and interview transcripts) and encryption in transit (HTTPS). No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we work to minimize risk.

Children

Our hiring platform is intended for individuals 16 years of age or older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
